Delete your account

Open Whalli, then Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Confirm with your password or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, with the 8-digit code we email you.

Sign in to the account, then confirm below.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It erases:

• your profile, sessions and connected accounts (Google, X, Notion…), whose access is revoked;
• your conversations, exchanges, arenas, memories and assistants (whales);
• your uploaded files and all generated content (images, videos, audio, music, transcriptions);
• your flows, automations, agents, concept maps and API keys;
• your credits, usage history, referrals and the teams you own.

An active subscription is canceled immediately, with no refund for the current period (see the refund policy).

• invoices and payments, kept by our payment provider (Stripe) to meet our accounting obligations;
• messages sent to support through the feedback form, detached from your account.

Data stored only on your device (local history, downloaded models) stays there until you uninstall the app.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@whalli.com from your account's address: we will delete it within 30 days.
